I choose to come to Switzerland to study at Les Roches because Les Roches has a very famous reputation in Hotel Management School and its program is attractive.
Switzerland is a great place to studyits quiet and there is also so much to see here. Im very impressed with the school and the way they teach here because I have many weeks for practical and training in both kitchen and services. I also was assigned to organize real events and banquets which Ive never done before. My course emphasizes on both academic and practical.
Ive made a lot of friends here and people have been so nice. My classmates help each other to learn and in tutorial class. There is so much to do outside of study. I like to go for a walk around Montana Village and cook Thai food for international friends. In winter, skiing and snowboarding are the two most popular activities. Ive done a lot of sightseeing and found so many new and beautiful places, like the Rhine Falls and Jungfauhof. Theyve been very exciting during midterm break.
I have the advantage of speaking both French and German, and that will give me more opportunities back home. But the most important thing I will take back with me from my experience of studying at Les Roches is the subjects offered as part of my studies are very practical and useful for my future career.
